At Stuga, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
